Hello, Spigen Korea employees and valued partners.
Despite the uncertainties of the global economy, Spigen Korea has consistently achieved growth.
This success is deeply rooted in our unwavering commitment to ethical management.
We believe that ethical practices are the bedrock of sound, transparent business,
and they serve as the guiding principles for every one of us, ensuring sustainable growth.
In 2019, we formally declared our commitment to ethical management under the slogan “CLEAN SPIGEN,”
reaffirming our firm resolve never to give or receive any money, gifts, conveniences, or entertainment
—whether among employees or with our business partners.
To reinforce this principle, we established a Code of Ethics and Ethical Regulations and have continuously
strengthened ethical awareness throughout the organization through regular pledges and training.
We also reject any unfair practices that abuse a position of superiority in our relationships with partners,
striving to foster fair and transparent transactions that enable mutual growth.
Furthermore, through the operation of our internal audit division and the confidential Hotline reporting channel,
we actively receive reports on any unfair business conduct or corruption at all times.
These mechanisms support our ongoing efforts toward self-regulation and building trust.
We sincerely urge all employees and partners to actively participate in and uphold ethical management principles.
