Members must comply with all sorts of legislation along with regulation and process set within the company.<br >1-2. Any matters that are not regulated in this pledge are handled according to other regulations of the company.\n1-3. Create a Sound Corporate Culture.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p  class=\"lead\" style=\"text-align: left;\">2-1. Members between a superior and a subordinate or among colleagues must have confidence and \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;mutually respect one another.\n\n<br >2-2. Illegal and unethical acts that hinder the organizational culture, such as sexual harassment, \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;abusive language and assault, are strictly prohibited.\n\n<br >2-3. An act unrelated to the duty shall not interfere with work during working hours.<\/p><h3  class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<h3  class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span  open=\"\" sans=\"\" arial=\"\" helvetica=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Principle 3. Perform duties fairly.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p  class=\"lead\" style=\"text-align: left;\">2-1. The company asset must not be embezzled or misused, nor cannot be carried out forcibly.\n\n<br >4-2. The company information or business confidentiality cannot be revealed without the company approval or \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; be used for an individual\u2019s profit.\n\n<br >4-3. The company expense must be used for the assigned purpose and be executed efficiently according \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; to the budget.<\/p>\n\n<h3  class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3><h3  class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span  open=\"\" sans=\"\" arial=\"\" helvetica=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Principle 5. Report promptly and accurately.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p  class=\"lead\" style=\"text-align: left;\">5-1. In case a member recognizes a significance issue that leads to a company loss, \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;it must be immediately reported.\n\n<br >5-2. Members must be aware to not delay or omit reports by accident or on purpose.\n\n<br >5-3. The reports must be based on facts, and reports must not be falsified or be hidden under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n<h3  class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3><h3  class=\"\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span  open=\"\" sans=\"\" arial=\"\" helvetica=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Principle 6. Report In case of recognition of unethical behavior.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p  class=\"lead\" style=\"text-align: left;\">6-1. If a member recognizes the violation of this Pledge of ethical management practice or the company regulation,&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;one must report to the Audit Division.\n\n<br >6-2. In case the company profit has increased or the expenses have decreased due to the ethical report, \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;the informer may be rewarded. \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Only the reward or its size must be decided through the internal deliberation in accordance with the case.\n\n<br >6-3. The company may penalize in case one has violated this written contract for practicing ethical management \n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; or the company regulation, however if the member has voluntarily reported oneself,\n<br >&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; the circumstances are considered during penalty.<\/p>\n\n<h3  class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Code of Ethics Principle 1.
